Inline high shear mixer is applicable to homogenizing, emulsifying and high shearing cream and liquid to achieve fine particles.

A fine inline high shear mixer doesn't simply mix. It emulsifies, homogenizes, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids and liquids. Each inline high shear mixer, with its precision-engineered rotor/stator work-head, far outperforms conventional high shear mixers, cutting processing times by up to 80%, improving quality, product consistency and process efficiency.

Interchangeable Work-heads

Single-stage rotor/stator configuration work-head is standard. For those applications that require greater high shear, interchangeable multi-stage configuration work-heard can be used. Three stages of rotor/stators are available.

Materials of construction

It can be made of SS304 and SS316L.

Motor Specification

Standard and explosion proof inline high shear motors (ABB or Siemens) are available.

Inlet and Outlet Connections

All sanitary clamp, flange or screw fittings are available on request (e.g. ISS, D/N, RJT, SMS, and Tri-clamp, etc.).

Sealing

Single mechanical shaft seal is available as standard.

Cleaning

Inline high shear mixer is designed for cleaning in place (CIP and SIP).

Cooling

Cooling jacket structure as optional for inline high shear mixer.
